CHEF de Cuisine
Trista began cooking at the age of 3 with her chef father and cake baker grandmother. She grew up assisting her dad's catering events until she branched out on her own around 18. She works as personal chef, catering often for private parties, manages a restaurant, and serves as a sustainability consultant for the restaurant industry. Trista uses her extensive knowledge of the agricultural system as well as global cuisine influences to create sustainable, unique meals. This will mark her third year cooking for Tango on the Rocks, and we can't wait to see what she has on the menu.
